The vhs course 262030101 enables participants to discover how BrainGym® can help them take short breaks in their daily lives and refocus on what really matters. The course takes place on Wednesday, 11 November, from 10.30 am to 12.00 pm at the Dudenhofen Community Centre, Georg-August-Zinn-Str. 1. BrainGym® is a movement programme in which participants learn simple kinesiological exercises. The exercises promote cooperation between both hemispheres of the brain and can help to reduce stress, relieve tension and calm the nervous system. They are easy to learn and have a positive effect on your ability to concentrate, alleviate tiredness and a drop in performance during the day, and improve coordination and mental agility. Furthermore, they can support cognitive abilities and help with forgetfulness. Just two to three minutes in the morning or evening are enough to create short breaks in what is often a stressful daily routine. Please bring comfortable clothing, writing materials, a yoga mat and a drink. Course fees can be found on the website or in the vhs programme booklet. Anyone interested can register online at www.vhs-rodgau.de or send a written registration to vhs Rodgau, Hintergasse 15, 63110 Rodgau. Further information is available from the staff at the Adult Education Centre on 06106/693-1225 or -1231.
