1.1 Planned construction time approx. 6 weeks

• Western pavement on Wilhelm-Leuschner-Straße and Humboldtstraße
• One-way regulation from Südtrasse roundabout in the direction of August-Neuhäusel-Straße-Strasse, only right turn from Wilhelm-Leuschner-Straße into Humboldtstraße

• Renewal of the carriageway between Wilhelm-Leuschner-Straße and Humboldtstraße

• Full closure, access from August-Neuhäusel-Straße to Wilhelm-Leuschner-Straße free for residents, entry and exit from Humboldtstraße not possible

The city bus, line OF-40, will continue to operate in the regular service area during construction phase 1. The knowledge gained during the first construction phase will be continuously evaluated and incorporated into the optimisation of the diversion planning for construction phase 2. The final diversion plan for construction phase 2 is currently being drawn up and will be announced at a later date. According to the current state of planning, no diversions are necessary in construction phase 3; the OF40 line will run here according to the regular route. In construction phase 4, the area around Hainhausen station cannot be served due to construction work.

Is the punctuality of the buses guaranteed?

Due to the changes to the route caused by the construction work, there may be obstructions on the route and therefore also delays in bus services, so please take note of the diversion plans for the OF-40 bus route and the information on the respective construction phases.

The properties can be reached on foot at any time. The area in which the construction company is working cannot be accessed by car. Residents will be informed accordingly in advance.

Shops, the daycare centre and the church can be reached during the entire construction period. This will not be as "convenient" as usual, but it will always be possible on foot. Cyclists must always dismount and cross the road on foot. Drivers please take note of the changing traffic routing depending on the construction status.

There is always a footpath available. The temporary pavement will be extended so that pedestrians with restricted mobility can also use the path without hindrance.

Due to the construction work and the alternating construction phases, there may be temporary restrictions in the operation of on-demand traffic (hopper). Adjustments to the route will be necessary, especially during full closures. During all construction phases, efforts will be made to optimise access to the stops and ensure a reliable connection.

This is how waste disposal works in the affected area of Wilhelm-Leuschner-Straße: Please place the waste bins in front of the door as usual (on the evening before the collection day). The bins will be placed at the collection point by the construction company. After the bins have been emptied, they will be returned. It is also possible to collect bulky waste. However, this should be agreed in advance with the foreman on site.

Parking for residents in the vicinity of the property cannot always be guaranteed. This also applies to suppliers and care services.

Nursing services can reach their patients on foot at any time.

Post can be delivered at any time. Parcel services may enter the construction site area with the agreement of the construction company (neighbours to construction site free).

In the Wilhelm-Leuschner-Straße area, private construction projects or deliveries (installation of solar panels, garage construction, delivery of large appliances, erection of scaffolding, etc.) are also possible during the conversion. The private construction measures must be discussed with the foreman of the construction company. The aim is to find a suitable time slot for both and to realise the smoothest possible implementation.

The fire brigade (FW) and ambulance service (RD) will be able to reach residents at any time and in any emergency. In addition, the fire brigade and emergency services will always be informed about the construction work and changes to traffic routing.
