The Human Resources department is responsible for the service and employment relationships of around 900 employees from recruitment to termination.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Carrying out recruitment procedures/job advertisements
  • Processing of personnel transactions (travel expense accounting, working time enquiries, benefits)
  • Calculation and payment of remuneration
  • Personnel support including trainees
  • Personnel development and qualification
  • Advising employees on collective bargaining, labour and employment law issues
  • Processing disciplinary matters and decisions under employment law
  • Monitoring and compliance with collective labour agreements and the relevant laws
