Participants in the vhs course R0. 03.01.14 will experience relaxation with singing bowls. The session takes place on Monday 28 September from 5.15 pm to 6.15 pm at the Weiskirchen Community Centre, Schillerstraße 27. With their gentle tones and vibrations, singing bowls can help you find calm and sharpen your awareness. Under guidance, participants will learn how the sounds can be used to promote relaxation. Various exercises will be introduced and tried out together. Please bring a mat, comfortable clothing, thick socks, a blanket, a small cushion and a cup for tea at the end of the session.
