Analogue water meters without radio transmission

If you do not yet have a radio water meter, you must report your water consumption once a year.

• This takes place every December.
• During this time, you will receive an e-mail or meter reading card with access data.

If you have received a meter reading card with access data, you can log in here with your access data and report your water meter reading.

Radio water meter

For customers with a radio water meter, the meter reading is recorded automatically. They do not receive a meter reading card and do not have to report a water meter reading.

Garden & waste water meter

If you have a garden and/or wastewater meter sealed by Stadtwerke Rodgau, you must report the meter readings during the meter reading period from the end of November to 31 December using the online service "Reporting garden or wastewater meter readings".
