    The collection and disposal of waste from private households and other disposal waste from other sources is the responsibility of the public waste management organisations (the municipalities belonging to the district, the independent cities and the districts). Regulations on the applicable waste disposal system and individual provisions are laid down in the statutes. These include information on waste fees, waste containers (prescribed size of waste bin, ordering options), waste calendar (collection intervals, tour schedules for hazardous waste vehicles), collection and delivery systems for various types of waste (e.g. green waste, e-waste, paper), disposal of organic waste, disposal of bulky waste and the types of waste permitted for disposal in the grey bin.
