The Heimat- und Geschichtsverein Weiskirchen e.V. was founded in 1985. The aim of the association is to research the local history of Weiskirchen in the old Spritzenhaus.
The Heimatverein Jügesheim e.V. (Jügesheim local history association) not only displays the local and industrial history of Jügesheim with a focus on leather processing, but also many fossils from all geological periods in 4 showcases as well as an old kitchen.
In the rooms of the former police station, the Verein für Heimat, Geschichte & Kultur in Dudenhofen e.V. is not so much a museum as an archive. Its aim is to promote the local history and culture of the district in the form of books, films or audio recordings.
The Arbeitskreis für Heimatkunde Nieder-Roden e. V. runs a museum in the former teacher's house at Turmstraße 2 with a focus on "Living in the past", a historical classroom, a collection of devotional objects from religious life, archaeological finds and temporary exhibitions as well as a mini cinema with eight seats.
