  • Which documents are required?

    The more specific your enquiry is, the more detailed documents you will need. You will also be informed of this during the initial consultation.

  • What fees are incurred?

    For building consultations in procedures that are not concluded with a chargeable decision, fees may be charged from the second quarter of an hour onwards according to the time spent. The first quarter of an hour is free of charge.

  • What else should I know?

    Reference is made to the possibility of a preliminary building enquiry. As part of the preliminary building enquiry, a decision can be made on certain issues even before a formal procedure. This decision is binding for subsequent authorisation procedures.
