Department 7 - Facility Management

Welcome to Facility Management, also known colloquially as municipal building management. In two large departments, we manage well over 80 municipal properties such as residential buildings, community centres, social centres, sports halls, kindergartens, forest leisure facilities and administrative buildings.

Tasks and responsibilities

• New building
• Conversion
• Refurbishment/modernisation
• Maintenance measures and letting (e.g. contractual matters, billing for electricity, gas, water)
