Department 7 - Facility Management

Welcome to Facility Management, also known colloquially as municipal building management. In two large departments, we manage well over 80 municipal properties such as residential buildings, community centres, social centres, sports halls, kindergartens, forest leisure facilities and administrative buildings.

• Maintenance measures and letting (e.g. contractual matters, billing for electricity, gas, water)

You will find us at Vordergasse 37 in the "Old Teacher's House" very close to the town hall, opposite the entrance to St Nicholas Catholic Church.
