Building Management and Internal Control Department

The Building Management and Internal Control department is the point of contact for all questions relating to room reservation management (e.g. for community centres, sports halls, the maintenance and cleaning of public buildings, the rental of municipal flats and pest control).

In this context, the department manages over 80 buildings such as kindergartens, sports halls, community centres, youth and social centres, fire stations and currently 228 flats.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Letting of municipal flats
• Accounting department 7
• Allocation of event rooms and venues such as community centres/sports halls/forest leisure facilities etc.

• Maintenance and building services for public buildings
