The Building Management and Internal Control department is the point of contact for all questions relating to room reservation management (e.g. for community centres, sports halls, the maintenance and cleaning of public buildings, the rental of municipal flats and pest control).

In this context, the department manages over 80 buildings such as kindergartens, sports halls, community centres, youth and social centres, fire stations and currently 228 flats.

Tasks and responsibilities

The service centre will help you with any questions . This makes it easier to find the right contact person in Department 7 - a central point of contact for your concerns with a central telephone number, a central e-mail address (servicefd7@rodgau.de) and centralised recording, forwarding, tracking and documentation of your concerns.
