The public consultation period for the local development plans for the ‘Badesee recreational concept’ in Nieder-Roden (No. 45) and for the ‘Bolzplatz’ in Hainhausen (No. 21) will continue until 16 October 2026 inclusive, in accordance with Section 3(2) of the BauGB. During the public consultation period, members of the public have the opportunity to submit comments. These can be submitted via he.bauleitplanung-online.de or at the town hall, Room 1.9. In both cases, all documents – such as the draft local development plan, explanatory memorandum, environmental report, species protection report, noise protection assessment and the compensation assessment – can not only be viewed but also commented on.
