Online registration for exhibitors
From now on, retailers, restaurateurs, clubs, fairground operators and amateur artists can register online for the first time to take part in this year’s Advent market. The Rodgau Advent market will be open this year from Friday 27 November to Sunday 29 November. This year, for the first time, the town of Rodgau is using the online platform TicketTune for exhibitor registration. Through the portal, interested parties can secure their preferred stall space directly online. The booking process is simple and straightforward: Select your preferred ticket, add it to your basket and then complete the booking process at the checkout. Outdoor stall pitches are available to choose from. Catering businesses, retailers, exhibition stands and fairground operators also have the option to book an electricity supply if required.
Creative Market at the Haus der Begegnung
Another special first this year is the craft market at the Haus der Begegnung. Amateur artists can book an indoor stall there to display and sell their handmade creations.
Information and fees for exhibitors
An electricity connection can also be booked for indoor stalls if required. All the key information regarding participation in the Rodgau Advent Market can already be found on the Town of Rodgau’s website at www.rodgau.de/adventsmarkt. There, interested parties can, amongst other things, view the market regulations, which contain information on opening hours, stall fees, cancellation terms and the conditions of participation. The Agency for Economic Development and City Marketing, which is in charge of organising the event, asks all interested parties to familiarise themselves with the market regulations before booking.
