The vhs course on Thursday 3 May 2020 will show participants how to creatively combine traditional Indian flavours with classic German dishes. The course takes place on Thursday 5 November, from 5.30 pm to 9.45 pm, in the kitchen of the Georg-Büchner-Schule, Nordring 32. Together, participants will prepare a multi-course meal in which spices such as garam masala are paired with regional ingredients. The programme offers an introduction to Indian spices and German ingredients, preparation tips for creative combinations in an Indo-German fusion menu, and a shared meal in a relaxed atmosphere. Please bring several tea towels, a cooking apron, containers for leftovers, and your own drinks. The cost of food is already included in the course fee.
