New concept
For weeks now, staff at the Agency for Economic Development and City Marketing have been busy preparing for the Rodgau Advent Market, which the town is organising entirely on its own for the first time this year. With a new concept, new exhibitors and new venues, Jennifer Jäger, Laura Klein and Antje Frey are giving the popular market a fresh start; it will light up the centre of Jügesheim from Friday 27 November to Sunday 29 November. Alongside familiar exhibitors and food stalls, this year’s market offers new attractions and an expanded programme of events, which will extend as far as the Haus der Begegnung. Inside the community centre, visitors can enjoy coffee and cake, as well as the creative market, whose varied stalls invite visitors to take a leisurely stroll on Friday and Saturday until 10 pm. This means that, even late in the evening, guests can warm up with a couple of mulled wines at the Haus der Begegnung and discover the creative ideas of amateur artists whilst enjoying some ‘late-night shopping’.
Extended registration deadline
The Advent market is rounded off by a varied programme for young and old, offering atmospheric entertainment both outdoors and in the Haus der Begegnung. In order to allocate the last remaining stall spaces, the Economic Development Agency has decided to extend the registration deadline for stallholders by one week. Until 25 October, clubs, exhibitors and creative entrepreneurs can therefore still secure their stall via the TicketTune online platform and become part of the new Rodgau Advent market. Booking is simple and straightforward: select your preferred ticket for the indoor or outdoor area, add it to your basket and then complete the booking process at the checkout. There, interested parties can view, amongst other things, the market regulations, which include details on opening hours, stall fees, cancellation policies and the terms and conditions of participation.
