Bright light from nurseries and church parishes
As the days grow shorter and the first lanterns begin to light up the streets, the season of atmospheric lantern parades begins once again in Rodgau. Over the coming weeks, children and families, together with numerous nurseries and church parishes, will light up the neighbourhoods as they parade through the streets with their colourful lanterns.

Please note: in the evenings
To ensure that participants in the lantern processions, young and old alike, can take part safely, some of the processions will be accompanied and secured by stewards. For safety reasons, the specific routes are not published. Road users are asked to drive with particular care on the evenings in question and to be considerate of the lantern processions.
