Anouk - The children's musical for the whole family

The children's musical "Anouk" will take place on Sunday, 28 February 2027, at 4 pm in the Bürgerhaus Nieder-Roden, Römerstraße 15. Advance ticket sales have already started and tickets are available from 19 euros from the Department of Culture, Sport and Volunteering at Alte Apotheke, Schwesternstraße 10, as well as online at www.frankfurtticket.de. The impressive production for the whole family with children aged four and over is based on the popular children's books by Hendrikje Balsmeyer and Peter Maffay. Anouk is a lovable and helpful girl who doesn't like to go to sleep. Suddenly this changes, however, because every night a magical door opens for Anouk to a world full of fantasy and adventure. She accompanies pirates on treasure hunts, masters challenges in the jungle and meets colourful characters at the fair. Anouk makes new friends and supports other children in difficult and challenging situations. Her parents say Anouk only dreams all this, but she has "proof" that this is not the case - and her grandma seems to know more about it. "Anouk - The Children's Musical" takes young and old explorers alike into an imaginative world full of adventure where anything seems possible. With its characters and fascinating settings, the stage adaptation inspires the imagination and strengthens belief in the power of dreams. The playbook was written by Georg Veit and Hendrikje Balsmeyer, while Peter Maffay and his team are responsible for the musical composition. The centrepiece of the musical will be ten rousing and sophisticated children's songs by Peter Maffay & friends, most of which have been composed especially for this production and contribute to the unique atmosphere. The stage design combines traditional and modern elements. The imaginative costumes allow the six performers to slip into over 20 different roles. A sophisticated lighting design emphasises the action and creates an impressive atmosphere.
