Marienbader Allee will be closed to motor traffic from Monday 10 August until, it is expected, Friday 27 November. This is due to the final phase of the roadworks, which will include the construction of pavements, parking spaces and drainage systems. The final works will be carried out in two phases. Phase 1 runs from Allensteiner Straße to Marienbader Allee 18, and Phase 2 from Marienbader Allee 18 to Kasseler Straße. Residents will be informed in writing and in person about how and when they can access their properties, who the points of contact are and how waste collection will be organised.
