The popular ‘Fairy Tales by the Lake’ event will take place this year on 15 July. From 8 pm, visitors to Rodgau Lido can immerse themselves in the world of fairy tales. Storyteller Christian Khabir Mayer-Glauniger and musician Christian Stoeckel will present wonderful stories, accompanied by music on the didgeridoo, guitar and drum. Since time immemorial, fairy tales and music have been part of our lives, offering glimpses into other worlds. They can be found in every culture across the globe; they reflect everything that moves people, and are sometimes amusing, sometimes critical. Tickets are available both via the lido’s ticketing system at www.rodgau.de/strandbad and at the box office on the night. The lido’s standard admission prices apply. Visitors are asked to bring their own seating. Drinks can be purchased at the bistro. In the event of bad weather, the event will be postponed to 22 July at 8 pm. The reading is organised by Rodgau Municipal Library in cooperation with Rodgau Lido.
