The rodgaucard team from the Agency for Economic Development and City Marketing is offering a rodgaucard consultation hour from 13 January up to and including 26 February. This will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays mornings from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. on the premises of the Citizens' Service Centre. Consultation hours are offered without prior appointment. Due to the open service, there may be waiting times. There will be no consultation hours on Shrove Tuesday, 17 February. During the rodgaucard consultation hours, citizens can clarify their concerns relating to the rodgaucard. This includes, among other things: Support with online registration, offline registration of the rodgaucard, questions about adding the residual waste bin number, general questions about the rodgaucard. With this additional service, the rodgaucard team would like to offer citizens an uncomplicated point of contact and make it even easier to use the rodgaucard.
