There are currently technical restrictions in connection with the use of the rodgaucard at Bäckerei Schäfer. This is due to a change in the cash register system, as a result of which the so-called cash register integration is currently not functioning correctly. As a result, bookings via the rodgaucard are not being processed completely or correctly in the background in all cases. Bäckerei Schäfer is currently the only points partner using this special form of cash register integration. The solution to the technical problems is therefore complex. A solution has been worked on intensively for several months. The checkout service provider, the rodgaucard service provider, the management of Bäckerei Schäfer and the rodgaucard team have been in regular and close dialogue. Everyone involved is aware that the current situation is not satisfactory for customers. It is therefore all the more pleasing that Bäckerei Schäfer remains part of the rodgaucard network and is continuing its participation in the rodgaucard. The partnership has not been cancelled. All parties involved are continuing to work hard to find a solution that will enable the smooth use of the rodgaucard at Schäfer Bakery again. In the meantime, the rodgaucard team asks card users for their patience and understanding.
