In the vhs course Ro 03.01.05, participants will get a taste of an easy-to-learn type of Qigong. The course will take place on Saturday, 21 February, from 10.00 to 11.15 a.m. in the Bürgerhaus Nieder-Roden, Römerstraße 13. Fragrance Qigong consists of two parts. The first part stands for detoxification and the second part enables the gathering of new energy. Fragrance here means purified energy that flows freely. Fragrance Qigong ensures inner peace and a relaxed body feeling and can thus combat stress. The programme includes relaxed warm-up and stretching exercises, Fragrance Qigong I and II and a short meditation at the end. Fragrance Qigong is suitable for people of all ages and can be practised without prior knowledge. Please bring comfortable clothing and thick socks.
