During a walk through the woods as part of vhs course 262011003, a mushroom expert will explain how mushrooms live, describe the specimens found in their natural habitats and during a concluding discussion of the finds. Participants will also have the opportunity to ask individual questions and receive practical advice. Anyone wishing to collect mushrooms should please bring a small basket (no plastic bags) and a knife. The course takes place on Saturday 5 September, from 10.00 am to 1.45 pm at the forest recreation centre in Dudenhofen an der Gänsbrüh. Suitable clothing and footwear are recommended.
