Citizens can report defects or faults directly online via the defect notifier. The tracking system can then be used to track the status and fulfilment of the request.

Whether it's litter, faulty street lighting, a found bicycle or road damage, simply report it to the municipal utility company online and you will always be informed of the status and rectification by e-mail
Where is the defect located?
To start the first step, click on a small orange circle with a speech bubble at the bottom right of the defect detector page.
By clicking on the circle, a control panel with three steps appears at the top right. In the first step, click on the orange "Determine position" button.
A red pin appears, which you place on the map in the area where the defect is located.
What is wrong?
In the second step, you can now select the type of incident from the options "Defective street lighting", "Found bicycle", "Illegal waste disposal" or "Road damage".
You can then describe your concern in more detail in the "Message" field.
If appropriate and available, you can then upload an attachment.
Who reports the defect?
In the third step, enter your e-mail address and accept the privacy policy.
You can also fill in the fields "Title", "First name", "Surname" and "Telephone number".
Finally, click the "Send" button. You will then receive a confirmation email and will also be informed about the processing of your request by email.
Your request will then also be visible on the map.
