The arbitration office can bring about mediation and agreement between two people or groups at low cost without the need for a court. As an auxiliary authority of the judiciary, the local courts can, for example, notarise signatures and copies or carry out valuations, e.g. of properties.
The arbitration office is an alternative in the event of disputes and can save you from having to go to court. The Arbitration Act offers the help of arbitrators, who have proven themselves as mediators, to settle civil law disputes. The arbitration hearings often take place after just a few days. More than half of the cases are settled through legally binding arbitration.
