We are being bombarded with bad or false news, the economy is in respiratory distress, people are losing faith or themselves in the virtual world and politics is creating a surplus of raw material in the comedy sector.
Things are getting better!
There are many things that really are "getting better", but we no longer really realise this in this overall situation. And yet other things that would be "better" and more sensible for us, we simply don't want to realise.
It's time to have a good laugh again, to fill up on optimism despite times of crisis, to experience lightness and to think about what moves us all, upsets us and keeps us busy.
In his 12th stage programme "Es werd als besser!", Ramon Chormann shows us what is satirically "als besser werd" and what is actually "als besser werd", but it is already clear that your mood will be better if you join in.
Versatile and experienced, the confident cabaret artist, satirist and comedian wanders eloquently and dialectically between the facets of his impressive spectrum of registers - with parodies, imitations, stand-up comedy and everyday stories garnished with puns that hit the nail on the head and speak to the audience from the soul. The whole thing is framed by touchingly profound songs on the piano with his singing voice, which is reminiscent of Udo Jürgens.
