Fit in the head - puzzling, puzzling, thinking and laughing

The free, club-independent "FIT IM KOPF" memory training programme run by the Edelweiss Hiking Club and Sportfreunde Rodgau. Twice a month, Wanderclub Edelweiß Dudenhofen and Sportfreunde Rodgau co-operate to offer "Fit in the head" memory training.

The free offer - "free, but not for nothing..." always takes place on the 1st Wednesday of the month from 15:00 to 17:00 in the clubhouse of the Edelweiss hiking club.

The first part involves puzzles, riddles, thinking and laughing. Later, parlour games are available if there is a desire to play together. You are welcome to bring your favourite games. There is also time and space for personal dialogue.
On the 3rd Wednesday of the month, the same event takes place at Sportfreunde Rodgau in the Sportfabrik in Jügesheim.
