Extended registration information
Service description
In order to obtain extended information about specific individuals, you must demonstrate a legitimate interest.
You will receive information about the surname, first name, doctor's degree, current addresses and, if the person is deceased, a reference to this.
In addition, you will receive information on previous names, date and place of birth and, if born abroad, also the state, marital status, limited to whether or not married or in a civil partnership, current nationalities, previous addresses, date of moving in and moving out, surname and first names and address of the legal representative, surname and first names and address of the spouse or civil partner, date and place of death and, if deceased abroad, also the state.
The registration authority will immediately inform the person concerned about the provision of the extended information from the population register, stating your name as the person making the enquiry. You can prevent this if you can credibly demonstrate a legal interest to the registration authority that the person concerned does not need to be informed. A special reason is the assertion of legal claims

Prerequisites
- You must be able to credibly demonstrate a legitimate interest in the provision of information. The term "legitimate interest" here includes any interest of a legal, economic or non-material nature that can be recognised as worthy of protection.
- The person you are looking for is clearly identified by your details.
- No information block is entered in the register of residents and there are no indications that the person(s) sought or another person could be jeopardised by the provision of information.

The fees are based on s. clauses 4222 - 424 of the list of administrative costs for the administrative cost regulations of the Hessian Ministry of the Interior and Sport (HMdIS)
