    You can freely compile the groups of people using selected data. The following options are available for this purpose:

    • Date of birth,
    • Gender,
    • current nationality,
    • current addresses,
    • Move-in and move-out date and
    • Marital status, stating whether single, married, divorced, widowed, in a civil partnership, civil partnership cancelled or partner deceased.

    In addition to your membership of the group you have put together, you may be informed of your first name and surname, doctor's degree, age, gender, nationality, current addresses and legal representatives with first name and surname as well as address.

  • Responsible office

    The responsibility lies with the respective municipal registration authority.

  • Prerequisites

    The information must be in the national public interest. This is understood to mean the interest of the general public, which must be distinguished from the interest of individual persons or groups.

    The fees are based on item 425 of the administrative cost list for the administrative cost regulations of the Hessian Ministry of the Interior and Sport, as amended.
