    as well as their recipients and the information specified in Art. 15 (1) (a) - (h) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR).

  • What fees are incurred?

    In accordance with Art. 15 para. 3 EU GDPR, the controller, in this case the registration authority, shall provide a copy of the personal data that is the subject of the processing. For all further copies requested by the data subject, the data subject may request a reasonable fee based on the administrative costs.

  • What deadlines do I have to observe?

    Data transfers via an automated retrieval procedure or the data of the automated simple registration register information are deleted after at least 12 months, at the latest at the end of the calendar year following the storage.
