How do I do this with the city of Rodgau?

How?

1. submission of the documents in advance by email to standesamt@rodgau.de or as a copy by post

• 
  
  • Identity card or passport/travel document of the person making the notification
  • Proof of birth of the mother or parents
  • Certificate of birth from the midwife or a doctor
  • If applicable, a marriage certificate / divorce decree of the mother
  • In the case of unmarried parents, an acknowledgement of paternity
  • If desired, a name declaration
