The Internal Services and IT department is divided into three specialist areas. The department is often the first point of contact for internal news and procedures. The topic of digitalisation is also included.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Organisation department (general organisational tasks, administrative investigations, processes and optimisation, digitalisation)
  • IT, planning and operation (technical equipment with hardware and software, first-level support, modernisation)
  • Procurement and mail management (mailroom, catering, internal print shop, materials warehouse)
  • City Archive and Old Records Department
