The vote count for the municipal and foreigner council elections will take place on Monday, 16 March, and most likely also on Tuesday, 17 March. It will take place in the offices of the town hall and is open to the public. Anyone interested in the count is therefore welcome to watch. As almost all employees are involved in the count, neither the city administration nor the municipal utilities will be operating on a regular basis. Citizens' services and customer services at Stadtwerke are closed and employees cannot be reached by phone. The usual Stadtwerke emergency numbers will be manned and the composting plant and recycling centre will be open as usual during the counting days.
