For the "Residential area - Hinter dem Dell", early participation in the Dudenhofen development plan no. 24 will continue until 13 April 2026 in accordance with Section 3 (1) BauGB. It forms the basis for a comprehensive consideration of private and public concerns, which will ultimately be decided by the municipal council. The preliminary draft development plan, textual stipulations, explanatory statement, soil and noise expertise, environmental report and the results of the faunistic survey will be on public display in the town hall, room 1.9, during office hours.
