The vhs course Ro 03.02.07 is all about back stability and health. It starts on Friday, 6 February, and takes place over 10 weeks in the Münchhausen-Schuler, Alfred-Delp-Straße 2-12, from 18:00 to 19:00. The course will give participants an impression of how gentle exercises, stretching and moderate cardio training can effectively alleviate back problems. Please bring gym clothes, a mat, a large towel and a drink. The course fees can be found on the homepage or in the vhs programme booklet.
