The vhs Ro 01.06.07 is aimed at anyone who wants to get to know themselves better and grow together. The course will take place from 7 March on two Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. in the Nieder-Roden Social Centre, Puiseauxplatz 3. In a safe environment, participants will have the opportunity to try themselves out in different life situations and work playfully on developing their own potential. Participants learn methods for reflecting on their thoughts and emotions in order to better master challenging situations. By simulating situations and exchanging ideas in the group, they benefit from the experiences of others and develop valuable tools for their personal development. Please bring thick socks, various items of clothing to slip into different roles as well as openness, tolerance and good humour.
