Due to the high demand from citizens, the rodgaucard consultation hours will be extended. The rodgaucard team from the Agency for Economic Development & City Marketing will continue to offer personal advice on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Citizens' Service Centre. The extension is valid until the start of the Hessian Easter holidays. The last regular appointment is Thursday, 26 March. However, there will be no consultation hours on Tuesday, 17 March. On this day, the employees will be involved in counting the local elections. During the rodgaucard consultation hours, citizens can obtain support with online registration, offline registration and general issues relating to the rodgaucard. The aim is to offer an uncomplicated and personal point of contact for all questions relating to the card. "The great response shows that personal dialogue is important for many citizens. We are very pleased about the interest and are happy to continue to provide support," says Jennifer Jäger from the rodgaucard team. Counselling is provided without prior appointment. Due to the high demand, waiting times are to be expected.
