Under the motto "Strengthening democracy - promoting responsibility", SV Sparkassen Versicherung sponsors the "Youth in Volunteering" award. The SV Sparkassen Versicherung prize can be awarded to young people between the ages of 16 and 25 who take on particular voluntary responsibility as a supervisor, trainer, board member or in other ways. The activity should be in the following areas: In associations and clubs, in open child or youth work, in the school sector, in the social, cultural, church, ecological or communal sector. The prize is endowed with a total of 10,000 euros. Only towns, municipalities and districts are eligible to nominate candidates, which is why the town of Rodgau is asking for nominations from young people from Rodgau who are worthy of support or who work in Rodgau on a voluntary basis. The proposals must be justified in writing and accompanied by relevant documents such as photos or press releases. The city of Rodgau asks that these documents be submitted to the Department of Culture, Sport and Volunteering, Schwesternstraße 10, or via email to kultur@rodgau.de by 1 March.
