Rodgau Adult Education Centre is offering a short seminar that focuses on setting personal boundaries and self-assertion. The course 252010614 is aimed at anyone who finds it difficult to say "no" or stand up for themselves. Participants are given practical tools and impulses to consciously recognise personal boundaries and communicate them clearly. The aim is to strengthen self-confidence, recognise obstructive patterns and integrate new, self-determined ways into everyday life. Sustainable changes are initiated through a mixture of theory, reflection and practical exercises. The course will take place from 21 October from 7 - 9 pm at the Georg Büchner School in Jügesheim, Nordring 32. The fees can be found on the homepage or in the vhs programme booklet.
