The adult education centre offers all interested parties the opportunity to gain a sound and systematic introduction to the world of the financial markets with the course 252010303. The seminar is aimed specifically at beginners who want to get to grips with private investments but still have inhibitions about the complex stock market. The course will take place on 1 and 8 November from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm at the Sozialzentrum Nieder-Roden, Puiseauxplatz 3. On the first day, the course provides basic knowledge of the most important forms of investment such as shares, funds, ETFs (exchange-traded funds) and investment certificates. Participants are given a comprehensive overview of product selection, buying and selling, as well as the associated opportunities, risks and costs of financial investments. Typical investment strategies are played through using examples in order to consolidate and practically apply the knowledge imparted. On the second day of the seminar, special emphasis will be placed on the important future field of sustainable investment. The seminar offers detailed information and practical tips on this topic. Questions will be answered such as: What does sustainability mean in investments? What added value does investing in sustainable products offer on the capital market? And what options and strategies are available to investors? The course thus offers an excellent opportunity to acquire the necessary skills for an independent and informed entry into the world of investment.
