The vhs workshop Ro 01.06.07 is aimed at all those who want to get to know themselves better and grow together. In a protected environment, you will have the opportunity to try yourself out in various life situations and work on developing your potential in a playful way. Participants learn methods for reflecting on their thoughts and emotions in order to better master challenging situations. Through situation simulations and group dialogue, participants benefit from the experiences of others and develop valuable tools for their personal development. Bring along: Thick socks, various items of clothing to slip into different roles as well as openness, tolerance and good humour! The course will take place from 6 December on two Saturdays from 9 am - 12:45 pm at the Nieder-Roden Social Centre, Puiseauxplatz 3.
