Musikbühne Mannheim will be performing the musical fairy tale "Fredo and the Dragon" on Sunday, 7 December at 4 p.m. in the Bürgerhaus Nieder-Roden, Römerstraße 15. This event is suitable for children aged 5 and over. The fairy tale will be performed without an intermission. Fredo and his mother buy a tree with roots for Christmas. After the holidays, he puts the tree in his own forest, but it is not a good place. It's too dry, the air is poisoned and the beech tree is already coughing. Fredo's tree is suffering. But it's not just the Christmas tree without decorations, it's an entire forest. Fredo can help a little with the watering can, but he can't water the whole forest. Even with the help of his friends, it can't be done. Nevertheless, he doesn't give up. The dragon who wants to swallow the forest is powerful and tries to take the forest land from his mother with a lot of money. She remains steadfast, even though the offer sounds tempting.
