The new dates of the "Cozy Crafting" workshop series at the Nieder-Roden public library are on the calendar for anyone who would like to live out their creativity with other like-minded people in a stimulating atmosphere. The second half of the year starts on 8 July at 6 pm with the topic "Brick & Press". Paper can be printed in many different ways. One unusual method that is particularly fun is printing with bricks. Small bricks arranged on a base plate are used to create very personal works of art in pixel design. The motifs are applied to the paper using a paint roller and printing ink and decorate individual postcards that can be labelled or further designed as desired. Perfect as a gift or simply for yourself. Another workshop will take place on 14 August at 6 pm. On this date, small succulents will be modelled under the motto "Foam Clay Succulents" and placed in small clay pots. The courses run by Svetlana Olenik, a graduate designer and illustrator from Darmstadt, are aimed at adults and children aged 13 and over. The cost of participating in the workshop is 10 euros, including all materials, drinks and snacks. Registration is requested as places are limited.
