The next semester of the Rodgau Adult Education Centre starts on 1 September with many new courses on offer. The programme booklet will be distributed in the city districts from 11 August and can be found in the town hall, community centres, libraries, bookshops and savings banks. The new courses can be viewed and booked on the website www.vhs-rodgau.de from 4 August. Whether foreign languages, IT and media skills, soft skills, creativity, personal development, relaxation or fitness - the vhs offers courses that are precisely tailored to the needs of the participants. Many new courses on exciting topics are waiting to be booked: "Personal development", "Conscious use of smartphones and social media", "NLP - communication in relationships", "Resilience in everyday life", "Qi Gong", "Dancing while seated for senior citizens", "Dance gymnastics 50+", "Oat cure", "Soup cure", many delicious cooking courses with fresh recipes and language courses for beginners or for holiday trips. Three new online courses on "Learning vocabulary", "Memorising names and faces" and "Memory training", as well as special offers for women, round off the programme. Anyone who needs a course for their employees or would like to organise one with their friends can contact the vhs Rodgau. The team will be happy to organise courses on request. Interested parties can also obtain vouchers for a personalised gift.
