This year, the association "Frauen treffen Frauen e.V." is once again organising its popular handbag campaign. They are looking for chic handbags in good condition to be sold at the "Market of Beautiful Things" - the accessories exchange in the Nieder-Roden community centre - for the benefit of the Jügesheim women's club. Last time, over 100 handbags found a new home. Now there is another appeal to make room in your own wardrobe and donate a beautiful bag for a good cause. Bag donations can be handed in immediately during office hours at the town hall or by appointment at the women's centre (Gartenstraße 22). The 7th Accessories Exchange will take place on Sunday, 28 September, from 11 am to 3 pm in the Bürgerhaus Nieder-Roden. Everything that adorns - from head to toe, except clothing - as well as decorative items for the home and garden will be on sale. Whether hats, scarves, sunglasses, jewellery, shoes, decorative items or lovingly home-made items: Everything that delights the heart is welcome. Artists who would like to offer their handicrafts, such as jewellery, cards or pictures, are also very welcome. If you would like to sell your own items, you can register until 7 September. The stand fee is 10 euros plus a cake donation. A cosy atmosphere at the coffee bar invites you to enjoy pleasant conversations and short breaks.
