The vhs course 251030209 "Joint-friendly full-body gymnastics" starts on 3 February and then takes place over 14 weeks on Mondays from 7:45 to 8:45 am in the Bürgerhaus Weiskirchen, Schillerstraße 7. In this dynamic course, participants discover how they can improve and maintain their overall fitness. The varied programme offers comprehensive muscle training such as back strengthening, core stabilisation, leg and arm strengthening and definition. Each class has a different focus, so that the body is challenged and supported holistically. Strength, endurance and well-being will improve over the weeks. Please bring a mat, towel, thick socks, "slippers" or indoor shoes, a drink and comfortable clothing. Participation costs 73 euros.
