The vhs course 251020503 immerses participants in oriental belly dance. The course starts on 6 February and takes place every Thursday for 10 weeks from 8 to 9:15 pm in the dance studio "TANZbeTRIEB", Breslauer Straße 39. This course is suitable for women of all ages. The soft, flowing and rhythmic movements of oriental dance train the whole body in a natural and gentle way, the fasciae remain elastic and tensions can be released. Participants experience a new body awareness, joie de vivre and self-confidence. Please bring comfortable, tight-fitting clothing, if possible a hip towel and a drink.
