Youth work is valuable, but it also costs money. Money that is often lacking, for example, to redesign the club room, renew new games and other materials or ensure socially acceptable contributions for leisure activities. This is why the Hessischer Jugendring organises a collection once a year. This year, it will take place from 31 March to 17 April. A wide range of projects for children and young people can be realised with these donations. The town of Rodgau has supported this campaign for many years. From 10 to 20 March, the collection lists and collection cards can be collected by the leaders of the children's and youth groups (or their authorised representatives) from Rodgau Town Hall, Hintergasse 15. This is only possible by prior appointment.
