With the half-year results, the future comes into focus for many pupils. Now is the ideal time to actively look for a training place for the start of training in the autumn. Many companies are already starting the selection process - those who apply now have the best chance of finding their dream job. But what about those who don't yet have a plan or weren't able to apply in time? Not all young people know which career path they should take. Some have missed the application deadlines or have not been offered their dream apprenticeship. This is where the "Rodgau 16plus" careers guidance project from Rodgau town council comes in: It offers young people a chance to try out different professions, gain practical experience and find out which path really suits them. The project is aimed at anyone who still needs guidance in order to make an informed decision about their future. Instead of starting their professional life without a plan, they can discover new perspectives and gain valuable experience within a structured framework. The project gives participants the opportunity to orientate themselves without pressure and to find the right path with professional support. For further information, interested parties can contact the project manager Franziska Wenzel on 06106 693-1236. She will be happy to answer any unanswered questions or provide advice in non-binding information sessions.
