This year, a particularly atmospheric lantern festival took place at daycare centre 9. The event kicked off with a visit to the Johanniter neighbourhood, where the children brought great joy with their lantern songs. Afterwards, a colourful procession of lights, accompanied by parents and staff, returned to the daycare centre. An impressive atmosphere awaited the guests on the grounds. The historic daycare centre building with a view of the church, illuminated by colourful lights, and a warming campfire created a special setting. Numerous conversations ensued over mulled wine, sausages and marshmallows by the fire, and a lively atmosphere of togetherness characterised the evening. Such joint activities are of great importance for the centre. They strengthen the sense of togetherness and create space for children, parents and the teaching team to meet. Special thanks go to the sponsors' association and the REWE supermarket in Dudenhofen, which supported the party with generous donations.
