In cooperation with LEA LandesEnergieAgentur Hessen GmbH (LEA Hessen), the town of Rodgau is offering property owners in the Nieder-Roden and Rollwald districts an individual, free initial on-site consultation on energy-efficient building modernisation from 19 September to 30 November. Single and two-family homes built before 2000 that are in need of modernisation are particularly in demand. In a one-hour appointment, there is the opportunity to receive qualified advice on structural thermal insulation, heating technology and the possible use of renewable energies. Afterwards, interested parties receive a consultation report with recommendations for action and information on possible next steps. The consultation is provider- and product-neutral and the costs are covered by the LEA Hessen. The counselling is therefore free of charge and non-binding. The kick-off event is on Thursday, 19 September at 7 p.m. in the Bürgerhaus Nieder-Roden, Römerstraße 15. At the kick-off event, experts will provide direct information on all questions relating to energy modernisation and the advisory service in Rodgau: What is an initial consultation? Why does it make sense? How can I take part? All questions will be answered here. In addition to increasing the value of your property, energy modernisation also increases living comfort and cosiness, is good for the environment and is easy on your wallet in the face of rising energy prices.
